This course helps scholars develop the social and emotional skills they need to grow with confidence and connect with others in meaningful ways. Through discussions, stories, group activities, and reflection, students explore identity, practice empathy, and learn how to build and sustain healthy relationships. By nurturing both self-awareness and a sense of community, scholars begin to see that emotional growth is just as important as academic achievement.
